Historical background note

This section claims there was a first Hundred Years War, from 1159 to 1259 (which is news to me!): There is no corroboration for this, and the only source given is a) unrelated, and b) doesn't seem to support the statement it's attached to. Shouldn't there be a mention of the treaty of Bordeaux? I'm no expert, but this article says it ended the war, and that feels important enough to mention.
