Overall:
An interesting book, although I (sadly) can't read Chinese and so have to trust the article about it :) ALT1 is not good, because the film was cancelled in 2020, so likely some other web novel will have the actual fifth movie. ALT0 is fine though. My issue with the article is this sentence:
In 2014, the construction of Sai Ying Pun Station was mysteriously delayed [...]
(emphasis mine). @
Prince of Erebor do you have a source to back up this "mysteriously"? It might have seemed mysterious to both the book author and other Hong Kongers, but there was likely some good explanation that's not supernatural as the book ;) Unless a reliable source calls the delay that, you could simply swap out "mysteriously" for "unexpectedly", which is more neutral and does only imply surprise, not mystery. –
