Reads too much like advertising material?
I came to this page to see how sCMOS is different from CMOS. This article states that it is somehow better in various respects (improved low-light capability, large field of view, etc.) but provides essentially no information as to why that is. The provided circuit layout of a CMOS inverter seems out of place, it has nothing to do with sCMOS<->CMOS.
