I don't understand what does this subject means. GPS RF signal carries low datarate positioning signals. It is a global reserved band which is not allowed to be used for other porposes. Smart phones are using GSM, 3G or LTE bands for voice and they do it simultaniously with GPS receving. Time multiplexing on GPS and Voice do not exist.
