Šoutar'v? In Veps language, the village's name is Šoutjärv. Pronunciation of Šoutjärv' (Šout + järv' (read yarv) 'lake') is similar to Shautyarv. Apostrophe marks softness of preceding consonant.-- Ed1974LT ( talk) 15:46, 3 January 2020 (UTC) reply
