Last Word on while typing this, and I am sure I heard that the programme said that Ruth Pfau has been referred to as the Mother Theresa of Pakistan  - perhaps this could go in the article.

'Currently' is odd, and needs fixing. It doesn't fit with the 'past-ness' of the passage, and it isn't clear whether it atttaches to Dr Pfau or to the Dutch woman.
