I added
File:Гидрографическое судно Челекен.jpg, a sister ship of Liman to the article, but it was removed by
LukeSurl. As there is no free image of Liman available, I though this was a good compromise. Should the image be used or not?

I felt it's misleading to picture a ship that isn't Liman, though I would not remove it again if were re-added. Maybe a fair use argument be made for a copyrighted Liman image? As the ship is now sunk it's analogous to the case of a dead person regarding the replacability with free media. --

The ship was to all intents and purposes identical to Cheleken. It is acceptable to use such images in these situations.

Ukranian use?
The 1998–1999 edition of Combat Fleets of the World stated that Liman (listed as a survey ship) was transferred prior to 1992 to the city of
Feodosia as a Navigational Aids Tender (p. 717), but was uncertain whether they were the property of the Ukranian Navy (p. 917).
