I recently added information about Branyan and a domestic violence charge. I sourced it and used words like "allegedly" to not seem like he had been convicted. Vtfvtfvtf ( talk) keeps deleting it even though the user has been requested to stop. It is referenced and unbiased information so please, if you have an issue discuss it here before deleting again.
P.S. If you have any updates in the case please add it. -- Halvorsen brian ( talk) 19:40, 3 September 2009 (UTC)

I'll take on this review piece by piece over the next few days. I'll be working in chunks, so hopefully issues can be cleared up in one tranche before the next becomes available. Cheers. KV5 ( Talk • Phils) 12:59, 22 January 2010 (UTC)
A few comments from me after a skim of this. KV will probably elaborate on them, but they're pretty major notes and I wanted to quickly get them down:
The referencing and information seems good, and it's definitely much better than it used to be. The first one though is an issue that ideally should have been done pre-GA, but might as well occur now. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 01:21, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
I'll return with a second tranche of comments the next time I am able to have some time in front of the computer to look this over. Good luck! KV5 ( Talk • Phils) 17:17, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
Also, going back to something earlier in the article that I just noticed: "he batted a dismal .208" - unless dismal is quoted from a source, it could be considered POV. Let the facts speak for themselves.
Hope that this second group of comments helps out some more. I will continue from the Brewers when I return from my trip this weekend. Cheers. KV5 ( Talk • Phils) 01:50, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
Sorry this has taken so long.
Again, I apologize for the delay. I'll get to my next tranche of comments from 2007 ASAP. KV5 ( Talk • Phils) 23:09, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
This should be the end of my major comments. Once they are completed, I will give the article another run-over to ensure that everything looks shipshape, and we'll see if promotion is in order. KV5 ( Talk • Phils) 15:56, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
Deleted an entirely outdated sentence in the Return to Indians section and replaced it with relevant info. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.57.254.204 ( talk) 04:57, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
Why is this article so long and detailed? Branyan has knocked around the big leagues for more than a decade, but his statistics are mediocre at best. He's played for 11 teams in 12 years. He's never hit more that 25 home runs in a season (while striking out 131 times that year) and his lifetime batting average is .234. His post-season BA is .250, with NO homers. He has 385 walks and 1,077 strikeouts in 2,807 at-bats. And at 35, he is hardly likely to improve. So why should he get all this space? AND all those Branyan quotes, as though we should consider the statements of a mediocre baseball player as equivalent to Scripture? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zriter59 ( talk • contribs) 04:43, 26 January 2011 (UTC)
