Research shows that this article was Speedily Deleted in 2006. [ [1]]. I'm not sure that another Speedy Delete is the right way to go, but I can't find any objective research that says this meets notability so I've recommended it for non-Speedy Deletion EBY3221 16:25, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
