How is the novel fantastic? Offhand I think nothing undermines a literal reading except unlikelihood, good fortune, coincidence, as in many realistic novels (and children's novels at least from Lord Fauntleroy). -- P64 ( talk) 21:18, 2 December 2015 (UTC)
