In administration

Do I translate the British term "in administration" to the American "in bankrupcy" correctly? If so, maybe that word should be placed in the article for clarity. -- DThomsen8 ( talk) 18:32, 28 June 2009 (UTC) reply

Interesting point. I wasn't aware that 'in administration' was not so current in AE. We have the term bankrupcy in BE of course. How would it be with 'in receivership' ?-- Kudpung ( talk) 15:32, 30 June 2009 (UTC) reply
