Michael Aspain, RAFMRT St Athan, 1960: Lightning strike during escort of Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme candidates (boy entrants, RAF St Athan): Drws Bach Ridge, Aran Mountains, Wales
David Austin, RAFMRT Leeming, 1961: Convoy accident: near Kettlewell, North Yorkshire, England
Kenneth O’Neile, RAFMRT Kai Tak, Hong Kong, 1962: Sheltering from Typhoon Wanda on Lan Tao Island, shelter collapsed
Mick Fearn, RAFMRT St Athan (Team Leader), 1965: Fall, mountaineering training accident: Pillar Rock, Ennerdale, England
