Article refers to "beleaguered GDC" but never identifies who this is. The developer mentioned earlier in the article is Cavanaugh Community Development, so "GDC" would not seem to fit. The 2010 population is included now, and was so much higher than 2020 Census total. Is there an explanation for the decline? - - Prairieplant ( talk) 00:11, 25 January 2023 (UTC)
