As far as I know, Nikita Khrushchyov was removed from power as General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee and Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR in 1964, and replaced (as General Secretary of the CPSU CC) by Leonid Brezhnev. As such, I don't understand how could Khrushchyov have ordered the construction of the Rossiya in 1967. What you probably mean is that Khrushchyov ordered its construction before that (either in the late 50's or early 60's) and the hotel was FINISHED in 1967. Nonetheless, I think that someone ought to make this issue clear for everyone. The russian leader ( talk) 15:43, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
