Added back {{coi|date=June 2016}} tag as declared editor is actively editing article, providing no edit summary, and promptly reverting. Further, I am not entirely convinced that two purported claims (1 first to market for privately owned CT; 2 first clinical use of MRI) are going to withstand proper scrutiny, a point that had been raised during the AfC process, but was never addressed fully.
