Can I suggest this useful article is moved to the title 'Roman Catholic Church in Croatia' since other Christian groups also claim to be part of the Holy Catholic Church, it is a little one-sided to designate those who recognise the authority of the pope as being 'the Catholic Church'- as opposed to one part of it. -- Doc Glasgow 21:54, 26 Apr 2005 (UTC)

In what diocese is Medjugorje? I thought Mostar, but I don't see that. Is it Split?

Having no familiarity at all with this topic myself, this is the best venue I could find in which to offer a historical news reference that might be of interest to one of the projects associated with the article. It appeared within a new-year's-type list of events that happened in 2013. The "ref" body text might go like this: 'Oregonian, 12 Jan 2014, p. L2, "St. Nicholas Croatian Catholic Church, Pittsburg, Pa: The first Croatian parish in the Western Hemisphere was demolished after the diocese closed its doors in 2000.". The quote is in fact, the entire news story. I thought it more likely that the parish had been straight Roman Catholic rather than Eastern Catholic, but you have the sum total of my knowledge here. Hope a more knowledgeable editor might find it useful somewhere. Evensteven ( talk) 20:52, 20 January 2014 (UTC)
