Yes, Kurdistan Democratic Party is amicable with Turkey but doesn't govern Kurdistan alone. However, they do administer the Dohuk Governorate which borders Rojava, so maybe it's a party decision and not a KRG decision? Nonetheless, more recent news seem to confirm that the embargo is over [1]. - Ahmedo Semsurî ( talk) 22:59, 4 September 2019 (UTC)
