Oppose No and never as Rohini is a sub-city of Delhi like
Dwarka Sub City, also word Rohini will just go to disambiguation page only, which we usually avoid to do so.

Oppose. Rohini is currently a disamb page. If the content of the 'Rohini' page is to be changed, it should be only to the primary meaning and usage. In a wider context, Rohini is a wife of Vasudeva, and this has a strong claim to be the primary meaning. The article at Wikipedia is actually currently named
Rohini Devi, but this is another instance of the overuse of honorifics in Hinduism related articles.
