This article says the magazine ceased publication in 1967. But an external link to covers of the magazine show it was published at least until 1977.

The Greenleaf-produced version of Rogue lasted 10 years. The later version, produced by the much less interesting folks at Douglas Publications, is the one that lasted another decade or so. --

Chaotic, choppy, repetitive
This article seems to have been pasted together with a lot of content from the memoirs and articles of
Earl Kemp and
Frank M. Robinson (both fine people and excellent writers whom I have had the honor to know), including some overt plagiarism. It badly needs the hands of a firm editor who knows the field and has the time to spare. --
