"NASA Headquarters in Houston, Texas" NASA Headquarters in in Washington, DC
That is straight from the book. Did it ever change? Obviously we don't have to use the word headquarters if it is incorrect, but it does say the headquarters in Houston, Texas in the book.

One important change: I could find no evidence that Chaffee was a test pilot (ie graduated from Patuxent), so I have removed it from the bio.
