I have now three times reverted what seems to me to be questionable content on this article, submitted by
User:97.79.53.33. After the second revert, I cited my concerns on that user's
talk page. In short, I think the content as written is dubious under
WP:WBA,
WP:BLP, and quite possibly
WP:RS, and that the lead is in any case the wrong place for it.
I don't want to get into an edit war. If we can't reach consensus here, I'll have to go to dispute resolution in some form.
Hi
NewEnglandYankee, thanks for making the revert. I also had a look at the edits in question and they are problematic. I would suggest we wait and see if any more such edits are made as you have already warned the person in question and suggested ways they can make their addition more acceptable to an encyclopaedia. As it is their contribution about his involvement in a local gun ordinance comes across as very emotive with a strong bias. Additionally it's relevance on Rotberg's page is debatable but I am prepared to let it stay in if the problems of bias can be fixed. --
