Considering Robert Barker printed and funded the most influential book in English history, it is curious little has been written about him. I was only able to find H.Plomer's book but if anyone else has additional material on him please augment this article. I have requested some mention of Barker would be added to the
King James Bible page so please support that request if you are interested.

I have requested Janet Tennish, author of a far more fleshed out and better cited article to consider authoring this article or transfering her article to wiki. For now I have linked to
