The article actually says that the commemoration day was changed in 2011 but there is no certitude whether this change is permanent. This is arguably since the declaration of a special no work day for June 20th is done due to the fact that the official day, June 19th, on Sunday falls. According to the Sunstar's article, source cited in the article, there's absolutely no declaration of June 20th as an official Holiday. Can this please be changed. 112.201.130.191 ( talk) 02:29, 19 June 2011 (UTC)
10:51, 30 December 2012 (UTC)~~This article does give the readers a better view of the National Holiday of Philippines. As far as I can see , Rizal Day has been through a lot of changes ,and people in Philippine gives lots of respect and concern into it.However ,I think other than the facts about the Rizal Day. would it be better if the editor could cite more about the origin and stories about the special day? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Delphijane ( talk • contribs)
