Reasonable coverage - no obvious omissions or inaccuracies
Defined structure, with adequate lead
Reasonably well written for grammar and flow
Supporting materials - Infobox, images, map, water quality status
Appropriately understandable
I have assessed the article against the criteria for B-class above, and it meets these criteria. I am therefore rating it B-class. I am not entirely sure what to do about the Navigation Aid section. This seems to be extremely specialised information, and I can find no references for it, so I have marked it with a {{fact}} template. If there is a reference for it, I suspect it will be in some sort of aircraft journal.
