All right, I've tried several times to replace the placeholder with a shot of me at the launch of City of love, but after the whole process is complete and the image is apparently up, it doesn't display on the page itself. Am I missing something here?

The article is a biography, however there is little information on the early life and career (like info on parents, early schooling etc.) of the subject. This is necessary for an ideal biography.

Multiple Issues
Okay, people, there's not much I can do about the multiple issues, especially COI and refs. I understand why it's uncool for people to write their own biographies, but I'm not sure how to provide references for it. Help me out here!

I think your first step should be to stop editing the article anymore. Even if your edits are for fact-correction, there is always the issue of conflict of interest. To avert this problem, you need to stop editing the article yourself, and instead, make requests in the article talk page. It is not only uncool for you to edit/write your own wikibio ... it's a major conflict of interest. Hope this helps. --

OK, last edit: I removed some of the stuff on current projects as this was obviously unverifiable. For the rest, I have to appeal to the rest of you to dig up stuff on me. Good, bad, whatever. I won't edit this any more.
