Currently this article appears to be far from informative, clearly expressed or well supported, but the big question is unanswered, whether it is notable enough for inclusion in English Wikipedia. There appears to be a very small number of WP articles that mention it and a Google search yields next to no hits except this article and its text on other web pages. I propose that we retire the article. If notability is proved and the quality much improved then it would be welcome, but currently it is not a valued asset.
