It says he received a "Peace One [sic] Earth" award. Believe that should have been "Peace On Earth."
It says he led the Southern league in 1966 with 143 strikeouts. This is misleading. For a hitter to lead a league, that implies something good, such as having the fewest strikeouts. 143 was the most. It would have been more accurate to say "struck out more times (143) than any other hitter in the Southern League while with the Mobile A's in 1966."
Please review and make the changes if appropriate. Thanks. Guy ( Help!) 21:19, 11 April 2010 (UTC)

That is HIGHLY debatable. He's quite well known for the home run against the Expos. 24.137.114.138 ( talk) 17:58, 23 October 2016 (UTC)
