@ Softlavender Why do you care about removing the names of his surviving family so much? WP:BLPNAME is pretty clear that names may be included. "The names of any immediate, former, or significant family members or any significant relationship of the subject of a BLP may be part of an article, if reliably sourced, subject to editorial discretion that such information is relevant to a reader's complete understanding of the subject." In the case of a professional writer and former professional actress (who appeared on national TV and in a broadway play) and who engages in public works and is borderline notable herself...that seems relevant to me?
