I don't have the knowledge to do much with this article but it seems like it has some problems

Rho is unlikely to ever encounter RNA:DNA hybrids...it's loaded on to recently transcribed RNA, motors up the strand until it pushes of the ribosome, at which point there's no more RNA and it falls off... N1ugl ( talk) 22:41, 12 November 2011 (UTC)
