Actually Restricted Line Officers are indeed Line Officers that are restricted from Command at Sea.

The article says AEDO's are among those comprising the Restricted Line and then says that all active duty AEDO's are accessed from the Unrestricted Line. This is very confusing. Lewis Goudy ( talk) 19:03, 5 September 2016 (UTC) reply
