By the way, this is a contradictory statement: "Many Kurds had expected independence on the dissolution of the Ottoman Empire, and believed that the new Turkish republic had betrayed them — the Republic of Ararat was a culmination of this anger." I cannot find any sources that mention to the design of Mount Ararat on the flag. Most of sources said only Kurdistan flag, Independent Kurdistan flag, Kurdish flag with tricolor.

this so called flag is one of the most unrealistic flag ever, first the republic was not only around the ararat, second there are no real, non reliable sources.
