Should we connect with Mercer's theorem

Typo in section 'Generalizations'

Shouldn't the matrix that is mentioned in the second generalization be actually a matrix? At least this would be consistent with Schölkopf, Herbrich, and Smola which seems to be the source of this paragraph.
