I propose merging this article into Reparations (transitional justice). I recognize that the transitional justice article focuses on reparations paid by state actors as part of the field of transitional justice. However, the separation of reparations paid by states and other kinds of reparations strikes me as arbitrary, and obviously Wikipedia doesn't have enough editors in this area to maintain separate articles on these topics, since this article is merely a stub. Furthermore, I propose the resulting article be simply titled "Reparations". Sondra.kinsey ( talk) 11:38, 25 April 2017 (UTC)
