Why after Akbar?
As far as I know, there's no article for the religious policy of the Mughals before Akbar, or during Akbar. Should the article be moved to "Religious policy of the Mughals" to include the early emperors, or should a new article be created about the subject? --

I don't think so. Humayun and Babur didn't had a stable reign to focus on other aspect of administration. Akbar was one to coin a specific religious policy and later Mughals took it forward. The article is a seperate topic and it should be seperate from those of Akbar and Mughals as a whole.

Akbar's religious policy is so extensive to be covered seperately and it is mentioned in Akbar's article.
