I did not put anything other than facts on the page ... no selling of the gallery .. no 'greatest', 'most important', etc. I looked at other gallery articles in wikipedia for guidance. If someone feels I did not comply, please make any corrections needes. Howard L. Rehs ( talk) 00:18, 1 March 2009 (UTC)

I would like to find out why the following text was removed from the article since it is the ongoing history of the family gallery which is now in its fourth generation: Alyssa T. Rehs, an Art History graduate from the University of Rhode Island, started her art dealing career with the firm on January 3, 2013 and on March 4, 2013 Lance J. Rehs, a Finance graduate from Hofstra University, joined the firm.
In addition, the firm changed ownership at the end of 2015. Joseph Rehs retired in December of 2015 and Howard Rehs became President and sole owner of the gallery. The gallery was also elected a member of the Antiques Council in 2017.

The entry for Rehs Galleries has been active for many years and numerous editors have looked at it in the past and agreed everything was fine (other than one who decided to remove most of it and that was overturned). Why can a new editor decide to override those earlier decisions and remove most of the content? Also, why was the information about Scholarly Publications removed? The gallery has been working on these projects for a long time and there are many outside references for them:
Daniel Ridgway Knight - https://www.ifar.org/artist_book_detail_in_progress.php?id=50033&nameid=1288 Julien Dupre - https://www.ifar.org/artist_book_detail_in_progress.php?id=50024&nameid=1351
Also, will this recently published article be enough to put back the text about the next generation:
Alyssa T. Rehs, an Art History graduate from the University of Rhode Island, started her art dealing career with the firm on January 3, 2013 and on March 4, 2013 Lance J. Rehs, a Finance graduate from Hofstra University, joined the firm.

And ... can the info about Howard L. Rehs being appointed to the Internal Revenue Service Art Advisory Panel be added back ... here is a reference: http://www.rehsgalleries.com//images/internal_revenue_service_art_advisory_panel.pdf — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.38.165.66 ( talk) 19:13, 15 June 2017 (UTC)
