Population discrepancy for Kolda

The figure given for the population of Kolda Region (714,392 in 2013) differs greatly from the value given on the page for Kolda Region(633,652 in 2013). Looking at the http://www.statoids.com/usn.html page, it gives 662,455. This is between the 2 Wiki figures but closer to the lower one. Does anybody have access to a valid source to check this out and get a better set of figures? There are smaller discrepancies on several other Regions as well. (Are the figures on the individual pages really 2013?) MWchat ( talk) 10:49, 17 April 2017 (UTC) reply
