Is the update field needed? There's no competition statistics included so I'm not sure it is.
Well, it says that as of that date, she has no medals. I will update it since she still does not. Kees08 (Talk)

Is female necessary? Looking at a number of other female athletes, this doesn't seem to be required.
Okay, removed. I think sometimes it is added if the name is not a common one, but Regine is clear enough. Kees08 (Talk)
I think the opening sentence could do with rewording, "is a Guamanian sprinter" instead of "sprinter from Guam" would be more consistent with this style of page.
I think maybe it was like that so we did not have two links in a row, but Guamanian does flow better. Kees08 (Talk)
"She competed in the 2016 Summer Olympics of the women's 100 metres preliminary round", this sentence is a bit muddled. Swap it round so the event comes first, "She competed in the women's 100 metres preliminary round at the 2016 Summer Olympics".
After the use in the second sentence, metres can simply be referred to as m. Change the Olympics event to women's 100 m instead of metres to maintain consistency.
'"She also competed in the 2017 World Championships. She competed", bit of repetition there. Perhaps, "She also competed in the 200 m at the 2017 World Championships, finishing sixth in..."?
Only some very minor issues that can be easily fixed. Placed on hold for seven days.

Kees08: Nice work. One last point, Guamanian should be unlinked as nationalities are mentioned in
WP:OVERLINK as being unnecessary links. This will also clear any issue with two links in a row.
