I don't think that Barbara Cartland's books really count as Regency romances - my belief is that while she wrote very many romances, they are mostly set in the 20th century... but I could be wrong so I haven't changed the page.
I think, but am not sure, that another author who does do regency romances would be Jane Aitken Hodge - who also wrote the biography of G. Heyer. "The Private World of Goergette Heyer".
