Removed 'in China' from the metres conversion as many countries use metres, including China, Russia and some Eastern European countries. Also removed paragraph re critics, as there is no reference to any critics and no reference to any response to critics. Surely the word "Domestic" relates to the US's plan to go RVSM? Elsewhere this has simply been called "Reduced Vertical Separation Minima" (or Minimums).
I propose that the article be renamed to remove the word "Domestic" on internationalization grounds. BaseTurnComplete 11:47, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
