Just in case anyone didn't notice my edit summary when I removed the "Controversy" section completely:

Regardless of any criminal actions which Spencer may or may not have committed, the article is not about him. It is about the band. We would only mention the alleged crimes if they led to the band breaking up, or to his being replaced.
