I get a little confused on how we split this show up into seasons. I would've thought there would be a natural going through whenever there's a new opening theme, but I'm guessing we're seperating it via arcs (otherwise we'd be on season 7 by now). Judging from the general overview of Season 5, it covers the Melone Base operation arc (and apparently the Arcobaleno Trials mini-arc too). So naturally, since that arc's over and we're onto the Choice arc, I figured it'd be season 6 by now. But alas, on trying to create a Season 6 episode list, I was told it needed a reference to a season change, like a DVD release (which is impossible to get since it's just aired in Japan). So what pray tell do we need to identify a season 6?
Looking at the DVD section at Reborngoods.com, it seems as if the next season begins at 142 and the DVD will be released as "家庭教師ヒットマンREBORN!" キャラDVD リボキャラコレクション~最強の仲間たち~ which if google translate is mildly correct, means something along the lines of strongest comrades which is suitable with the plot. If there are no disagreements, this could warrant a split. DragonZero ( talk · contribs) 18:57, 6 November 2009 (UTC)
