This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Rayhan is intrinsically involved in Uyghur human rights activism in the United States. She is one of the most prominent Uyghur activists, regularly writing for press etc. She advises a range of Human Rights organisations, has regular correspondence with US senators, representatives and only a few weeks ago discussed the Uyghur Genocide and her brothers with the US Secretary of State. Shouldn't those influencing policy makers and advising on public policy be included on Wikipedia? - I do intend to include more information regarding her roles in policy discussion.
