Aside from the obvious financial reasons, the change in economy etc., whast about the fact that Randall Park Mall was plauged with rival gang members who scared the shit out of customers and drove them back out to Beechwood Mall and later to Legacy VIllage?
This was discussed extensively in the Cleveland media at the time.
One paragraph in the decline section says the mall was 93% vacant by 2000, and a few paragraphs later says the mall was about 50% vacant in 2003. Rehcsif ( talk) 02:34, 31 March 2018 (UTC)
