I removed the claim she has been cited over 3000 times, and would caution anyone against reinstating it. Google Scholar is not a reliable source for citation counts, as it includes "citations" by non-academic publications. According to Scopus, she has 1131 total citations, with her top papers at 143, 91, 74, 72, and 67 citations (so, not even meeting C1 in most fields -- her notability comes from her IBM Fellowship).

Made significant changes with formatting, grammar, style etc to address the 'copy edit' template comment. If there are any sections that still need to be addressed on the page for 'copy edit' changes, pls specify the section
To address the 'like a resume' comment, removed many of the personal accomplishments for Rama and focused on her notable contributions in ISSIP, notable contributions to the artificial intelligence space. If there are any sections that still sounds like a resume, pls advise with the section title to update.--

I wasn't able to reply from my account at the time as my password wouldn't reset. I made the update to her current job as she's left IBM and is now at NVIDIA. This does not construe a major contribution and it's sourced (see external link to NVIDIA Reseach). Rama is speaking at the GTC Conference next month on behalf of NVIDIA and wanted to ensure her employment was accurate.
