I have written this with no gender specifications (IE signallers not signalmen.) Whilst most signallers are/were men, there are/were a handful of women employed in this capacity by the railways.

Removal of image
157.203.254.2 could you provide some instances of the security issues that you think warrant the removal of the image? It is still on WikiCommons and other such photos exist, so what is wrong exactly, please?
