Don't get me wrong. I hate the Rae Report as much as any good Ontario lefty should. But as written, this article comes dangerously close to reading like a CFS press release. Neutral POV kind of demands that we not write the article under the assumption that all readers automatically favour lower tuition fees and oppose deregulation, doesn't it?
