Michael Hofmann's translation calls the book The Radetzky March. I think that is a better translation of the title in English. I also note that Kapuzinergruft is translated on this same page as The Emperor's Tomb (again, I would say correctly). Any strong views? Westmorlandia ( talk) 20:05, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
The description of the novel's plot is most incomplete, to put it mildy. Roth's novel mainly concentrates on the third Baron Trotta and his emotional and professional struggles in life.
