There really is a need for an article that covers the chain of events in Ontario from the Operation Snow White actions, through the raid, the various legal and publicity campaigns, Hill v. Scientology, etc, all as Scientology Series article, leaving this one mainly as a CanLaw article that covers the case itself. (I'll get right on it in my spare time...) It'd be helpful if someone more knowledgeable than me could explain why the title of the page is "R. v. Church..." Is "R" used as an abbreviation in the Canadian legal system for The Queen? I'm not familiar with the abbreviation. 98.232.51.88 ( talk) 17:22, 12 March 2010 (UTC)
Does Canada officially recognize any religion? It doesn't have an official religion, and as far as I can tell religious organizations have no special legal status. - rakslice ( talk) 07:53, 8 May 2013 (UTC)
