Support (change of vote) per valid arguments below. I can't now close it myself as I'm involved, but it looks like a good result, thanks to BDD for relisting and to those who read

This tells me that "RFC" does not need formal punctuation and spacing, and RFC Liège is used, easily recognized, and more natural than the current. --
