I believe the link on this page is incorrect. The link directs to the page:
/info/en/?search=Codex_Vaticanus which is about a "a fourth-century Christian manuscript of a Greek Bible". I wasn't sure why this might contain depictions of Mesoamerican figures, and after a bit of digging I think it's possible this should link against this article instead:

Reviewing the original source material which is referenced on the bottom of Codex Rios article you can find the original text, in which this image appears on page 008v.
